Shop Follow-ups
A small free tool for shop owners, made in the United Arab Emirates.
Shop Follow-ups helps shop owners follow up with people who asked to be contacted. You upload the list of interested people, review a message, and the tool sends a personal follow-up email from that shop's own Gmail account, one every few minutes. It can also send WhatsApp messages from your own Mac, through the WhatsApp Business API, or open WhatsApp with the message written for you to send by hand.
Who can use it
Anyone with a Google account who has the link. Each person gets their own private workspace; nobody sees another person's data unless they are invited to it.
Google permissions
When a shop's Gmail account is connected, the tool asks Google for one Gmail permission only: send email on your behalf (gmail.send). It cannot read, search, change or delete any email. It also reads the account's email address so it knows which account was connected.
