- Shop Follow-ups is a free tool for shop owners to follow up with people who asked to be contacted. Use it only for people who gave their consent, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
- You are responsible for the messages you send and for following the rules that apply to you (including Gmail's and WhatsApp's terms and the UAE's rules on marketing messages). Do not use it for spam, scams or bulk messages to people who did not agree.
- Emails are sent from your own Gmail account with your permission. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- The tool is provided as it is, without guarantees. We may limit or stop access for anyone who misuses it.
- How data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
